Cadillac

1931 452A V16 Cadillac Convertible

Cadillac offered more than 30 Fleetwood bodies for its 1931 V-16, priced from $5,350.00 to $15,000.00.

This V-16 is the largest engine ever put into a U.S. car. You will notice we also have a V-16 engine next to the car which shows its enormous size.

Restoring the engine cost $37,500. Can you imagine where one drove such a car in 1931 when there were no highways?
