Cadillac

1947 Cadillac Convertible

Cadillac convertibles came only in Series Sixty-Two in 1947. They were priced at a princely $2,902.00. Hydro-Lectric window lifts were standard – an uncommon extra.  Sixty-Two was caddy’s most popular series, with 6,755 ragtops finding buyers.

This car was purchased by us from the original owner who bought it to take his wife on their honeymoon.  Before he would let us close the deal, he then living in Missouri, sent his son from Phoenix to look at our facilities to see if they were good enough to house his car.

His son came to see Las Vegas, approved our facility and so we bought the car. Our people dismantled the car (which was black with a black interior) and we rebuilt the entire car.
