1928 Lincoln 7 Passenger Limousine
Little is known about the history of this particular car. Suffice it to say that it is one of the early Lincolns and had a very large engine, 6.3 liters.
Lincolns in the 1920’s were big and fast. Lincolns of this date were used by both gangsters and police as the cars could go over 80 miles per hour.
Always the top of the line among all Ford cars they became the hallmark of classic design when Edsel Ford had the first Lincoln Continental designed and built in 1940.Â
This car was followed by the still beautiful Lincoln Continentals of 1946, 1947, 1948 and the Mark II of 1956 and 1957. Â Â |
